The app registers every participant arrival, enabling fast attendance tracking with minimal effort from staff

The challenge

At an event with a large number of participants, manual check-in creates queues, ties up staff and leaves room for errors. The organisers needed a fast and reliable way to register every arrival.

The solution

We built a mobile application that scans each participant's unique QR code and records the arrival instantly. Staff simply point the camera at the code, while organisers have an accurate, real-time overview of attendance.

The result

Check-in reduced to about a second per participant, with accurate and complete attendance records throughout the event and minimal effort from staff.
